In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Use of the okjkt7 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the Services.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. okjkt7 operates as a strictly adults-only platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under a legal disability, guardianship, or court-ordered restriction on financial transactions are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on okjkt7. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Balances.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether initiated through okjkt7 or any other recognised gambling operator or regulatory body.
• Local Law Compliance: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. okjkt7 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in any specific location. You access the platform entirely at your own legal risk.

To access the full range of okjkt7 Services, you must create a Member Account by completing the registration process on the platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times.

The following conditions apply to your Account:

• Accurate Information: All personal details submitted at registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person. okjkt7 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security.
• KYC Verification: okjkt7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any time — including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• Suspicious Activity: okjkt7 monitors all Accounts for unusual patterns, including arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, and money laundering. Accounts identified as engaging in any such activity will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and all associated Balances may be withheld.

okjkt7 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on okjkt7 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). okjkt7 supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit for verified Members, though okjkt7 reserves the right to apply processing thresholds for exceptionally large withdrawal requests.
• Processing Times: Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited within 30 seconds to 5 minutes of successful payment confirmation. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 5 to 30 minutes for standard verified Accounts during operational hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during system maintenance windows or peak periods.
• Matching Payment Methods: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, unless okjkt7 has approved an alternative method in writing following a KYC review. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Third-Party Payments: okjkt7 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — that is, accounts not registered in the same name as the okjkt7 Member Account. Any such deposit will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

okjkt7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to its Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion's terms page. Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., baccarat, roulette) may contribute at a reduced rate toward the rollover — refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution percentages.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's Account without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different Accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account closure.
• Bonus Abuse: okjkt7 employs automated detection systems to identify patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear rollover requirements without meaningful risk; matched betting; and syndicate wagering. Any Account determined to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and bonus-derived winnings voided.

okjkt7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The terms of a promotion in effect at the time of a Member's opt-in will govern that Member's bonus for the duration of that promotion's validity period.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through okjkt7. Specific game rules, payout tables, and market-level rules are published within each game and within the sportsbook interface.

• Finality of Results: All game results generated by okjkt7's certified random number generators (RNGs) and all sportsbook settlement decisions made by okjkt7's trading team are final, subject only to a formal dispute process as described below. Bets are settled in accordance with the official rules of the applicable sport, competition, or game provider.
• Disconnection: okjkt7 is not liable for bets that are interrupted, voided, or lost due to connectivity issues on the Member's side. Members are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during gameplay. In the event of a platform-side disconnection, okjkt7 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last confirmed state prior to the disconnection.
• Palpable Errors: okjkt7 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that were offered as a result of a manifest pricing error or technical malfunction ("palpable error"). Where bets on palpably erroneous odds have been accepted, okjkt7 will notify affected Members and void the relevant bets, returning stakes to Accounts.
• Prohibited Strategies: The use of automated betting software (bots), arbitrage systems, or any strategy that exploits latency, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. okjkt7 reserves the right to void winnings and close Accounts where such strategies are detected.

okjkt7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We offer all registered Members access to the following self-management tools via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Members may set maximum session durations and enable periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net session results.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to stop gambling may activate self-exclusion from their Account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and may be set for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or 1 year) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's Account will be locked and all promotional communications ceased.

All content on the okjkt7 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, game assets, promotional materials, written content, software, and database structures — is the proprietary intellectual property of okjkt7 or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from any part of the okjkt7 platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of okjkt7 intellectual property may result in Account closure and civil or criminal legal action.

okjkt7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes identification information (name, date of birth, address), contact information (email address), financial information (payment method details, transaction history), and technical data (IP address, device identifiers, session logs). This data is used for Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance. okjkt7 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okjkt7, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer or device damage — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its Services.

okjkt7's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the Member's Account and these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Member-Initiated Closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting okjkt7 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification.
• okjkt7-Initiated Closure: okjkt7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraud or suspected fraud; bonus abuse; use of prohibited software; failure to complete KYC verification; or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Members.
• Balance Upon Termination: Where an Account is closed by okjkt7 due to a verified breach of these Terms & Conditions, okjkt7 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation and any applicable recovery of promotional funds. Real-money funds not subject to a dispute will be returned to the Member following the conclusion of the investigation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which okjkt7 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Members who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law and that they access and use the okjkt7 platform entirely at their own legal risk and responsibility.

okjkt7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
